As someone who started out with Viper in 1999, used Compustar in the early 2000's and audiovox until I Went to another Viper shop in 2011 and we converted to Compustar in 2020. I absolutely love the products. The feature tables and POCs are way above and beyond anything the competition can do. Manual transmission mode is far superior with the multiple ways it can be configured. My only ding against Compustar is some of the information bon the previous version of my first tech was a little hard to find and I felt a little lost when we initially changed over, but most of that has been fixed with the new version. The only thing that would help is if the error when programming charts could be included for some firmwares. I know for a fact that we make less phone calls to tech support versus other brands.
